In Matthew 6:33, Jesus tells us to seek God’s kingdom first and everything else will be added unto us. How do we put Him first?
1. Stop Worrying
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat (or drink), or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?” (Matthew 6:25). Worrying means that we do not think God can look after the practical details of our lives.
2. Stop Seeking What the Pagans Seek
“So do not worry and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or ‘What are we to drink?’ or ‘What are we to wear?’ All these things the pagans seek. Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all” (Matthew 6:31-32).
Trust that God is looking after you and He provides for you.
3. Start Seeking God’s Kingdom and Righteousness
“But seek first the kingdom (of God) and his righteousness, and all these things will be given you besides” (Matthew 6:33).
Get to know “His way of doing things and being right.” Give God top priority in your life by following His word and living your life to please Him.

Amen!!
That's a lot of wisdom you put on your post. Hope a lot of people would see through it.
Great post. If we'd put this into practice in everything, we'd be very rich. And not neccessarily with just money.
Thanks for advertising your entrecard on my site!
Some of my favourite quotes from the good book. We would all be so much happier if we lived by these words. Appreciate what you have and above all don't be envious. Live simply.
Great post! Words to live by!
Blessings!
Good post. Thank you.
Seek First the kingdom and you'll ne3ver go wrong.
Great advice in those words. The part about not worrying is useful in such depressing economic times.
Awesome! Sometimes it's easy to forget. So true so true
Worrying is a fear that many of us have. If we could stop worrying about money and food and shelter, we could accomplish more. Great to see a Biblical message in a blog.
Amen, good post, tq
